File
The saved data are online, the files are accessible from any computer.
To access the file page, simply select the Files tab in the main menu at the top of the page.
Save data in a file
The Save function creates an archive containing ALL data: the weekly structure, groups or grades, teachers, subjects, lessons or courses, constraints and the timetable (if generated). The current data are still stored automatically, regardless if saved in a file, saving data in a file can be useful to keep a schedule for re-use if needed, for example as a result of changes which did not led to positive outcomes.
Load data
The load function, delete the current data and load data contained in a file previously saved.
File with latest access...
...is the last file used, may have been opened for writing (save) or reading (load).
Note: The functions for saving / loading are NOT available with the only basic registration.
